Last weekend I checked the bees. Alls systems seem to be a go. I made my first queens!! The hives are all queen right and ready to burst. That was June 2.
Took some cuttings yesterday -Holly, Nanking cherry, Haskap and Red Currants. In eight weeks they should be ready. Here's hoping that things will turn out this time. Only a few of the plants that I stored over the winter made it. The willow has, a couple of rose plants, some catalpa and some ivy. Not bad but I was expecting better.
